Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. No-Refund Policy:
All payments made towards admission, course enrollment, registration fees, training programs, or related services at STUDY GIANT ACADEMY are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Change of mind after admission or registration
- Failure to attend classes or training sessions
- Discontinuation of the course for personal, professional, medical, or any other reasons
- Inability to complete the course within the scheduled duration
2. Policy Statement:
The amount paid by the student/applicant shall be considered as a non-refundable fee or advance payment.
- The student acknowledges and agrees that all payments once made are final and cannot be refunded, reversed, or transferred to another individual.
- The student further agrees not to raise disputes, chargebacks, or repayment claims regarding the fees paid to STUDY GIANT ACADEMY.
- Admission and registration will be confirmed only after successful payment completion.
3. Cancellations & Batch Rescheduling:
In the event of course cancellation, postponement, or batch rescheduling initiated by STUDY GIANT ACADEMY, students will be provided with one of the following options:
- Transfer to another available or upcoming batch of the same course, or
- A credit adjustment that can be utilized for any other eligible course within a validity period of 6 months.
